Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can contact our team on info@genderfreeworld.com. for help tracking your order.

EU countries and UK leaving the customs union
VAT is now collected in the shipping destination and there may be an additional admin fee collected by the courier. We will refund or apply a discount for the UK portion of the sale price to offset against these new charges. Use code: EUDISCOUNT for the UK element of VAT to be deducted from your order.

Welcome our GFW community! To ensure we provide you with the perfect fit, we'll need to have a quick chat before processing your order. Please look at the sizing guide and send us an email with what shape /size you think you are and your measurements: chest, waist, hips, all taken at the widest point. Height and bra size (if you wear one) is also useful. Info@genderfreeworld.com
Returns
We accept returns as your statutory right, however we would love to keep this to a minimum, which is why we place so much emphasis on getting the size right at the time of ordering.

Delivery times
We send orders using Royal Mail  depending on the weight and country. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of order being received. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK tracked 48 - 2 business days
USA Royal Mail tracked - 5-11 days
Europe tracked - 4-10 days
Rest of the world tracked - 7-11 days

Additionally, if you are located in a remote area, shipping may be more expensive and take longer - we will contact you about your options.

Customs and VAT
UK VAT is included for shipping to UK destinations. To all other countries (and now including the EU) your purchases are considered an export from the UK and depending on the value of your order you may find that your country taxes and customs duty are added by the international courier.
