Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can contact our team on info@genderfreeworld.com. for help tracking your order.

How do I return an item?

Check out which vendor your product is coming from.  Returns to Nippaz with Attitude, Mimi & Will, and Native Youth are returned to the address on the dispatch note. If you change your mind about GFW Clothing items, they can be return to us (except items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 30 days of the parcel being delivered to you, provided:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. Underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  4. Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.
  5. Items must have all GFW tags attached.
  6. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to GFW. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  7. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.
  8. The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.
  9. Returns can be made in person to the address provided.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than: 14 days after the day we receive items back from you; or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Don't forget to keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. Please note if you are an EU Customer you also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 28 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.

 

 

Can I exchange an item?

Customers can exchange an item by returning return the unwanted item for an exchange with a note saying reason for exchange and specify an alternative size. GFW will not charge for postage on exchange items.

How long after delivery can I make a return/exchange?

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Please view 'HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?' for more information.
