Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can contact our team on info@genderfreeworld.com. for help tracking your order.

EU countries and UK leaving the customs union

VAT is now collected in the shipping destination and there may be an additional admin fee collected by the courier. We will refund or apply a discount for the UK portion of the sale price to offset against these new charges. Use code: EUDISCOUNT for the UK element of VAT to be deducted from your order. If you wish to buy 3 or more pairs of boxers or have a loyalty code, contact us and we can make a bespoke discount to deduct the multibuy discount and UK VAT.

Delivery times

We send orders using Royal Mail or DHL depending on the weight and country.

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of order being received.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK - DHL Express Domestic - next business day*
UK tracked 48 - 2 business days
USA Royal Mail tracked - 5-11 days
USA DHL Express Worldwide - 2 business days*
Europe tracked - 4-10 days
Rest of the world tracked - 7-11 days

*DHL Express Domestic and Worldwide - no delivery on Saturday or Sunday or bank/public holidays. Orders must be placed before 1pm to arrive next working day. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be shipped the next business weekday and arrive the next business day after that.

Additionally, if you are located in a remote area, shipping may be more expensive and take longer - we will contact you about your options.

Northern Ireland DHL service is 1-3 days, with the same conditions as above.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Final clearance sale from 15th April - no returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. Please check the sizing guide for shirt if you have not ordered before.

How much does shipping cost?

We use a number of different carriers. Shipping prices vary from number/value of items purchased and where in the world we are sending:

Customs and VAT
UK VAT is included for shipping to UK destinations. To all other countries (and now including the EU) your purchases are considered an export from the UK and depending on the value of your order you may find that your country taxes and customs duty are added by the international courier.

Loyalty Scheme
We also have a loyalty scheme: spend over £150 in 2 orders and you get £10 off, over £350 = £5 off etc. Watch out for the leaflets which come with your items.
